"I can't ever remember not painting or drawing. Some of my earliest memories are of oil painting for endless hours in my room at a little table in the corner as a child. Even then it just seemed like it was what I 'needed' to do. And now, after many years of creating art either as an art student, as an editorial artist at a newspaper, or working on commissions, here I sit today, at my easel for hours...in my own corner of the world, still feeling that exact same 'need' to create.
